Our first responsibility is to determine the current value of your home.  To do this, we look at every sale that has occurred in the neighborhood during the last 6 months.  We drive by and look at each one to verify its condition, size, quality and comparable sales value.  Your home is inspected to calculate all of the renovation costs to bring the property up to market standards. 

We’ve been a General Contractor for 22 years, and have renovated countless homes.  We’ve completed over 100 transactions over the past 5 years, and have done 1000's of comparable market analysis'.

All of these factors go into our purchase.
